Costs

I charge £25 + VAT per hour, which is payable in advance. Hours are negotiable and dependent on client's requirements and my availability.

If a client wishes to pay regularly for specific services, packages are available and are detailed below.

Packages

If you would prefer regular hours, or perhaps a specific service, the details of the packages I offer are set out below (all prices are exclusive of VAT).

  • Website Design & Maintenance

    400£
     
    Valid for 12 months
    • Website designed to client's colour specifications
    • Client gives full details of pages and text required
    • Price includes design, hosting, and maintenance
    • Maintenance includes changes up to 2 hours monthly
    • This package lasts for 12 months
    • Package inc hosting and maintenance available after 12 month

  • Inbox and Diary Management

    500£
    Every month
     
    • Emails checked am and pm each weekday
    • Responding to emails as required
    • Highlighting important emails for client
    • Placing emails into agreed folders
    • Arranging meetings
    • Diary management as agreed

  • Email, Diary, & Telephone Management

    750£
    Every month
     
    • Everything in Diary & Email Management +
    • Telephone calls answered when client is busy between
    • 8.30 am and 5.30 pm Monday - Thursday and
    • 8.30 am and 12.30 pm each Friday
